Jumping Bean provides installation and on-going support for Scalix mail servers. We support any Linux distribution but recommend Redhat, Xandros or Suse for Scalix.

Standard and Premium Accounts

Scalix offers two user types: Standard and Premium Users:

Standard users gain access to a subset of Scalix functionality including e-mail, personal calendar and contacts through Scalix Web Access and Novell Evolution as well as e-mail access using POP/IMAP clients. The ability to deploy standard users is ideal for cost-conscious organizations with users who do not have high-end groupware and collaboration requirements.

Premium users have access to the full benefits and functionality of the Scalix e-mail and calendaring system. The following Scalix product capabilities are available only to premium users:
