Userful Technical Sales Specialist
Jumping Bean is looking to recruit a Linux sales specialist with a
strong background in the implementation of the Userful multi-seat solution.
Key qualifications are:

Minimum Qualifications:
* 2+ years using and supporting Linux systems.
* Previous experience with deploying Linux Multi-seat solutions
* Able to install,configure and troubleshoot the Userful solution on
a variety of Linux distributions.
* Ability to isolate and reproduce software and hardware errors
related to the Userful solution
* A post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field is
strongly preferred.
* Experience teaching or training others.
* Strong experience delivering technology solutions that meet
customer's business needs
* 3-5 years customer service, technical support, or pre-sales
experience in IT marketplace
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Consults with client to determine specifications or requirements
for Userful deployment
* Conducts research on hardware or applications requested to provide
accurate solution or recommendation(s)
* Provides technical advice to sales team to resolve product or
service requests regarding technical issues
* Provide sales training and education on new Userful releases to
the sales team
* Coordinates sales and marketing activities related to the Userful
multi-seat solution
* Must be able to have business level conversation with customers
and identify/design solutions to meet business requirements.
